Lovely big room, very comfortable bed. Great location in town centre, with a large place nearby and nice pedestrian areas for meals and drinks, as the hotel doesn't have a restaurant - not surprisingly given its location. The best breakfast I can remember in a very long time at a hotel of this kind. Really great choice of foods, and particularly so for my husband who is vegan, as they had yoghurts, plant milks, nuts and a muesli you could make up yourself ( ie not processed which often has milk in it). Charming staff member running it - really impressive all together. I would go back just for that.

It is situated in the city center, near the city all. It is a nice hotel, clean with very nice staff. We had a problem with the room and they changed with no comments. They alao sent a fairwell message at the end, which I find nice.

Lovely room with a balcony. Very quiet, the staff were very welcoming. The hotel has it’s own underground car park, so don’t forget to ask. Extensive breakfast selection included.

Modern hotel in a central location. You could throw a stone from outside the hotel to the town main thoroughfare. The hotel has a secure underground carpark which gave peace of mind. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Breakfast had a wide choice of foods to eat, very good. Oliver on the front desk reception deserves a special welcome for the warm reception and helpfully recommended a excellent restaurant for our supper. Oliver even allowed me to practice my poor French without interruption - he spoke perfect English :) Thank you Oliver.

Large family room, very quiet with super comfy beds and great shower. Nice and cool on a hot weekend! Very smart and stylish hotel in excellent central location near all restaurants etc. Breakfast was a particular highlight with fresh juice and choice of cheeses, breads, cakes, fruit etc - fabulous!

Big room, approposed for a family. Beautiful hotel and good breakfast just in the city centre. Staff, everytime very pleasant. In our case, we travel by car, but if you want to go to Futiroscope you have a bus stop near hotel. The best option

The receptionist was helpful. We wanted to use the hotel car park and he gave very good instructions as to how to enter (it was not accessible from the front of the hotel). The breakfast was very good, the room was a good size and the hotel was in an excellent location. From the hotel we easily found the Tourist Information Centre where we took a map of the city and were given an excellent recommendation for some eating places. We found Poitiers to be an interesting place to visit and are likely to return for a long weekend.
